Frozen bananas and low-fat milk make up the base of this gut-gentle smoothie that you can quickly whip up on busy mornings.
This recipe is GERD-friendly, gluten-free, and vegetarian.

What you’ll need
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups low-fat milk
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
