This Policy does not apply to information created or collected by the physicians or other healthcare providers that we contract with, including Integrative Digestive Partners, P.A. (“IDP”) and IDP Affiliated Covered Entity (collectively, the “Group”). Rather, the use and disclosure of such information is governed by this Notice of Privacy Practices. This Policy also does not apply to information created or collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or on the Site.

This Site is not designed or intended to appeal to minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
