“My goal is to help people optimize their gastrointestinal health and overall well-being. That starts with personalized support to understand the relationship between what you eat and how you feel—and ultimately manage symptoms with as few dietary restrictions as possible. My priority is understanding your individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle factors so I can tailor strategies and recommendations accordingly.”

Favorite gut health tip

So often, dietary guidance for people with GI concerns emphasizes avoidance. Instead, let’s think about diet optimization as a game of addition. While it’s true that some circumstances require restrictions (which a GI registered dietitian can help you navigate!), there’s often a huge benefit to adding in foods and nutrients to support gut health.
