How were GI symptoms impacting your quality of life before you found Oshi Health?

Before I found Oshi Health, I was experiencing nausea and an upset stomach almost daily. I had tried lots of over the counter um medicines and I had also spoken to a gastroenterologist, but it was really Oshi’s Health’s pervasive practitioners, including GI specialists. therapists, nutritionists, people who really were versed in the space, that I think made the difference to help me understand how my vagus nerve and my GI system interacted, and I feel like it’s changed my entire perspective on gut health.

How has your life changed since working with Oshi?

Before I found Oshi Health, I assumed that any nausea or upset stomach I was feeling was related to digestion or regular GI issues, and I tried to help myself with over the counter meds like Pepcid, but it was Oshi Health’s comprehensive perspective on GI health, ranging from GI experts as well as mental health experts focused on GI health and nutritionists, that really made me understand that my issues were more related to the gut brain reaction and connection than anything else.
