Ammar discusses his experience with Oshi Health.

What was your life like before you found Oshi Health?

I was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome 4 years ago. My doctor prescribed some stuff for me to take every day. I wasn’t taking them.; they were too difficult to take. There were some foods that my doctor wanted me to take, but I didn’t like them. It was just kind of annoying. And I didn’t exactly know how to deal with it long term. That was the most challenging part.

When I learned about Oshi Health, I signed up, and then I spoke with a specialist who gave me some things to take which were much easier. I was able to continue to take them every day, and I feel much better. I highly recommend Oshi if you want to find more customized treatment for whatever issues that you’re having with your digestive health.

What can you tell us about your treatment with Oshi?

I met with a specialist who took my information and then provided me with specifics to take every day. I started eating kiwis, bananas, and magnesium supplements.

They were much easier to take than what the doctor had prescribed. And so far, I’ve been doing that for at least 2 years now. And I feel much better being able to handle the treatments. I feel like I’ve learned a lot. Having someone to talk to and follow up with— and having a customized treatment—was great.

How is your life different because of Oshi?

I feel like now I can manage my symptoms for life. I have a much easier treatment options. And I have someone to talk to if I have any questions going forward. So far I think I managed to make my complaints better with my syndrome. And I highly recommend signing up and trying it out.
