Whole-person care is important to me because true healing extends beyond treating symptoms. It involves understanding the emotional, physical, and social factors that shape each patient’s health. By caring for the whole person, I can help patients achieve relief from illness and a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Whitney Morgan is an experienced family nurse practitioner with a background in emergency nursing and gastroenterology. At Oshi, her care goes beyond treating symptoms and looks at the bigger picture, helping each patient understand how different parts of their life impact their gut health and well-being.

Before joining Oshi, Whitney worked at brick-and-mortar gastroenterology clinics, helping patients with a variety of gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms and conditions. Whitney’s passion for GI care is rooted in her belief than small, meaningful changes can pave the way to better health.

Outside of work, she finds balance in family time, outdoor activities, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Grab a comfortable pair of shoes and go for a walk. Gentle daily movement, even a short walk after meals, can boost gut motility and reduce bloating.
