Educate, teach, explain: If a patient truly understands their medical condition, then they will become advocates for their own health wherever they go.

Tito Velasquez is a Spanish-speaking physician assistant with over a decade of experience in healthcare and in treating a variety of gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms and conditions. His experience working as a health coach, registered dietitian, and physician assistant has informed his root-cause approach to treating Oshi Health patients’ GI concerns.

Before joining Oshi, Tito worked in various settings including academic hospitals, non-profit organizations, and brick-and-mortar gastroenterology clinics.

Outside of working with patients, Tito is an avid traveler who loves discovering new places — from relaxing on sunny beaches to camping in the wilderness.
