Paige Myers, MS, RD, LD

Registered Dietitian

Paige Myers, RD, is a registered dietitian with specialized experience in gastrointestinal (GI) conditions. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based care to improve GI symptoms, longevity, and quality of life. Paige also has specialized low FODMAP diet training from Monash University and previous GI-related experience in a NICU setting, laying a strong foundation for her current work with Oshi Health.

At Oshi, Paige is deeply involved in patient care, providing nutritional guidance to help patients support their digestive health. She also serves as an expert contributor and reviewer for Oshi-developed patient resources, including recipes, diet plans, and more.

Beyond clinical practice, Paige brings years of entrepreneurial experience in nutrition and health. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with her dog.

Too often, we focus on restriction rather than addition. Eating a diverse selection of plant-based foods helps support a healthy gut microbiome.
