Megan Koistinen, MS, RD, LDN

Lead Registered Dietitian

Megan Koistinen, RD, is a seasoned registered dietitian with low FODMAP certification from Monash University. Her broad background has given her a comprehensive understanding of GI nutrition.

She continually explores the latest science-backed nutritional approaches for GI care to provide the best possible care for her patients at Oshi Health.

Prior to her work with Oshi, Megan began her career in pediatrics, where she discovered a deep passion for GI health. Since then, she has gained diverse experience across inpatient and outpatient settings, military hospitals, and clinics.

In her free time, she enjoys reading and has a particular fondness for sci-fi and horror genres. When she’s not curled up with a good book, she’s likely out hiking the trails or hanging out at the beach with her family.

“Always take a patient-centric approach and never lose sight of the whole individual while taking into account the lifestyle, culture, and different backgrounds of each patient.”
