My role is to walk alongside you, so you can develop the tools and skills you need to get you back to meaningful experiences.

Dr. Marisa Mango is a clinical health psychologist at Oshi whose approach is all about understanding each patient’s unique lifestyle, values, and experiences. Dr. Mango understands that true gut health goes beyond the symptoms someone experiences. By educating on the powerful connection between the mind and brain and sharing practical science-backed strategies, she helps patients find balance and relief.

Before joining Oshi, Dr. Mango brought her expertise to a variety of integrated care settings, including chronic pain rehabilitation, eating disorder recovery, and suboxone treatment for substance use.

During her time at the VA healthcare system, she launched a treatment program for veterans living with chronic pain, and served as a liason for the mental health diversity and inclusion committee.

Outside of work, Dr. Mango recharges by spending time with her husband and their cat, Savvy. You might also find her traveling, on the pickleball court, or running Spartan races. She’s also an enthusiastic book club member.
