I see myself as a partner to each person I work with. I’m not only here to provide guidance, but also to understand your experience, talk through challenges, uncover your strengths, and set manageable goals together.

Liana Passalacqua is a registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience helping people improve their health through nutrition. She’s worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, corporate wellness, private practice, and telehealth.

At Oshi, Liana specializes in gastrointestinal (GI) nutrition therapy. She supports people with a wide range of GI conditions, always respecting their unique cultural backgrounds, favorite foods, and the simple joy of eating. She listens closely to learn what matters most to patients and help them take manageable steps toward symptom relief. As both a GI provider and patient herself, she truly understands how challenging digestive concerns can be—and that a patient’s story matters as much as their symptoms.

Before joining Oshi Health, Liana worked across several specialty areas, including heart health, diabetes, and GI care.

Outside of work, Lianna enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, dancing, hosting board game nights, and making a mess in the kitchen.

Favorite Gut Health Tip

When possible, take a few deep breaths and a moment of gratitude before starting a meal. Savoring each bite can help you to slow down, improve digestion, and add to your enjoyment of food.
