Patients deserve to always be heard, treated with respect, and make their own treatment decisions.
Kristina Meyer is a licensed clinical social worker and gut-brain specialist with more than 10 years of experience in healthcare and mental health. At Oshi, she uses science-backed behavioral strategies to help patients understand and improve the connection between mind and gut, opening the doors to better quality of life.
Kristina knows firsthand how overwhelming digestive issues can be. She’s spent years navigating her own gastrointestinal (GI) health journey. This personal experience has fueled her passion for helping others move toward healing and symptom relief. For Kristina, care means seeing you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. She believes everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered to take control of their GI symptoms.
In addition to her deep expertise in gut health, Kristina also has a certification in ADHD care and pediatric palliative care.
Outside clinical work, Kristina recharges in nature (she’s an Oregon native, after all). She also enjoys playing video games with her partner and hanging out with her Shih Tzu, Morty.
