The patient is always right! They are the only one that can truly explain how they feel or what symptoms they are having. They should feel heard and respected.

Brooke Holden is a nurse practitioner with years of experience in gastroenterology. She understands that gut health isn’t just about symptoms—it’s about your whole life. Brooke’s approach at Oshi is all about looking at the bigger picture. She looks beyond the surface, considering how nutrition, stress, and daily habits all play a role in gut health and well-being.

Her background includes working with people managing gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), chronic pancreatitis, and Crohn’s disease. Her true passion is supporting people living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

Brooke believes that with the right care and support, people with gastrointestinal (GI) symptoms and conditions can find lasting relief.

When she’s not working, Brooke is probably spending her time digging into a good book. She also loves to travel.
