Brianna Olivieri, MS, RD

Registered Dietitian

Brianna Olivieri is a registered dietitian who is committed to promoting gut health through a compassionate and inclusive approach. At Oshi Health, she collaborates closely with her patients to develop sustainable and pleasurable eating habits that support overall well-being. She is well-versed in providing evidence-based dietary recommendations to manage a variety of digestive symptoms and conditions.

Firmly aligned with Healthy at Every Size (HAES) principles, Brianna works hard to ensure every patient receives respectful, affirming care regardless of body size or shape.

Her expertise is backed by advanced FODMAP training at Monash University and a solid foundation in clinical nutrition, including general outpatient nutrition therapy and outpatient cardiothoracic surgery nutrition counseling and education.

Beyond her professional role at Oshi, Brianna is an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoying hikes with her dogs, yoga sessions, beach visits, and family bike rides. When she’s not outside, she also enjoys trying out new, gut-friendly recipes.

I enjoy helping patients with GI conditions overcome their symptoms through food and nutrition-related changes, gain better health, and get back to doing the things they love.”

Favorite gut health tip

You can achieve optimal gut health by eating a wide variety of fiber-rich foods, including fruits, veggies, and grains. Optimal hydration also helps support healthy digestion.
