I empower people to make dietary choices without focusing on body size or shape. Together, we look at your symptoms and needs, using proven nutrition strategies to support your gut health.
Beth Rosen brings decades of experience as a registered dietitian, with over 15 years dedicated to providing gastrointestinal (GI) nutrition care. Beth’s passion for digestive healthcare isn’t just professional—it’s personal. After facing her own GI challenges and searching for answers, she discovered a calling to help others.
At Oshi, Beth partners with patients to explore how food might be shaping their symptoms. She approaches care through a weight-inclusive lens, paying special attention to the complex gut-brain connection—where digestive issues and eating patterns often overlap.
Before joining Oshi, Beth ran a private practice focused on GI nutrition, disordered eating, and eating disorders.
Outside her work with patients, Beth finds joy in life’s quieter moments. You might spot her driving with her dogs or knitting with a favorite audiobook playing.

Favorite Gut Health Tip
Don't skip meals. Eating throughout the day, beginning within an hour of waking and then about every three hours until 2-3 hours before bedtime is ideal. The GI tract is a series of muscles and they like to be used. When we don't use them, they can get fussy. Follow the rule of threes: 3 meals, up to 3 snacks, about every 3 hours, and including at least 3 food groups in those meals.
