Listening and learning is my main philosophy of approaching patient care. When we listen to patients, that's when we can best learn how to work together and treat them.
Bailey Flora is a registered dietitian who specializes in gastrointestinal (GI) conditions, particularly in the context of post-surgical care and obesity. At Oshi, her care philosophy centers on listening to patients and providing whole-person care, working with other GI specialists to collaborate on personalized nutrition plans.
Her prior experience includes working in outpatient oncology, outpatient bariatric surgery, and GI bariatric endoscopy. She has also presented and published research on bariatric surgery, weight loss outcomes, food insecurity, and GI treatments.
Outside of work, she enjoys running, biking, and pilates. She also loves spending time with her family and friends.
