The gastrointestinal system is highly responsive to what we eat, how we live, and how we manage stress, so I make it a priority to address these areas as part of a comprehensive care plan.
Alex Morgan is a board-certified advanced practice provider with several years of experience in gastroenterology. At Oshi, Alex focuses on developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific symptoms, goals, and lifestyle. A big part of her approach is ensuring a collaborative environment that centers on educating patients and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
Before joining Oshi, Alex worked in both outpatient and inpatient gastrointestinal (GI) management, caring for patients with a broad range of digestive health conditions.
Alex was initially drawn to GI care because it allowed her to help a wide range of patients. She recognizes that GI symptoms can have a major impact on a person’s confidence, comfort, and quality of life, and she finds fulfillment through seeing patients regain control and return to living life fully.
When she’s not working, Alex enjoys spending time with her kids. She also loves heading outdoors, whether it’s for a stroll with her family or to explore nature. She also loves to unwind with a good book.

Favorite Gut Health Tip
Pay attention to how stress affects your digestion. The gut and brain are closely connected. Relaxation techniques can help support both your mental well-being and your digestive health.
