There is no such thing as TMI! A lot of patients feel a little uncomfortable talking about their digestive health, but it’s what we do all day long!

Adrienne Dowd is a registered dietitian who brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to digestive healthcare. Her work at Oshi focuses on helping people manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. Adrienne knows that gastrointestinal (GI) issues rarely have a single cause. Food matters, but so do stress, daily habits, and even how you eat. By looking at the bigger picture, she helps patients find real, practical ways to feel better.

Her passion for gut health comes from her own experiences with GI symptoms. She understands the challenges and is committed to empowering others to take charge of their health, so they can live with more ease and confidence.

Outside of work, Adrienne recharges by spending time with friends and family—whether that’s exploring nature, traveling, or cooking up a favorite meal. She also cherishes quiet moments curled up with a good book and a warm cup of tea.
