My philosophy of care is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and individualized support. I strive to meet patients where they are, listen to their experiences, and create realistic nutrition strategies that fit their lifestyle, preferences, and goals. I want patients to feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Tori Meyers is a registered dietitian with years of experience specializing in gastrointestinal (GI) health. At Oshi, she helps patients navigate digestive symptoms with compassionate, personalized nutrition care that supports both symptom relief and long-term well-being. She believes GI nutrition should feel collaborative and empowering, not restrictive. Her goal is to help patients better understand their symptoms, build confidence around food, and develop realistic strategies that fit their lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Her background includes working with patients managing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), diverticulitis, ostomy-related concerns, bariatric surgery, and other complex digestive conditions. She has developed particular expertise in Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and diverticulitis. She was drawn to GI care after seeing how significantly digestive conditions can impact a person’s quality of life.

Tori takes a whole-person approach to care, recognizing that digestive health is influenced by more than food alone. She considers factors like stress, sleep, movement, daily routines, and relationship with food when helping patients create sustainable nutrition plans.

Outside of work, Tori enjoys trying new food spots, going to workout classes, and spending time outdoors.

Don't underestimate the power of consistency when it comes to gut health. Eating regular meals, staying hydrated, managing stress, and making small changes over time can often make a bigger difference than following overly restrictive diets.
