My goal is to find the least restrictive diet that keeps patients symptom-free. I want to move patients away from a restrictive "fear of food" and toward a sustainable, diverse diet while working together with the patient to make goals that are realistic and fit with their life.

Rachel Anderson is a registered dietitian and certified health coach with over two decades of experience helping patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal (GI) conditions. At Oshi Health, she helps patients move away from fear-based eating and toward a more flexible, sustainable approach to nutrition that supports both symptom relief and quality of life. Her goal is to identify the least restrictive diet that allows patients to feel better while still enjoying a wide variety of foods.

Throughout her career, Rachel has worked with patients navigating complex health needs, many of whom were experiencing digestive symptoms without clear guidance or support. That experience led her to specialize in GI care.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her kids, reading good books, and getting outdoors—whether skiing, hiking, rafting, or going out for a walk.
