How did you feel about your GI symptoms before starting care with Oshi?

Before starting care with Oshi, my GI symptoms made me feel hopeless. I felt like there was nothing anybody was able to do to actually help me out, and it’s something that I had been dealing with for over half my life.

What tips or strategies have you learned while working with Oshi?

A tip that I learned while working with Oshi is to really practice my belly breathing, especially when I’m feeling my GI symptoms spike. It’s really helpful to know about the brain gut connection and how much that can really impact my GI symptoms. And so being able to manage that by doing deep breathing has been really, really helpful.

How would you describe your Oshi experience to a friend who’s struggling with similar symptoms?

I would describe my experience with Oshi as nothing but fantastic. For the first time in over a decade, I feel hopeful. I feel like I really have people listening to me and people who are really wanting to help me feel better and who understand the impact that GI symptoms can have on your everyday life. And I’ve never felt so heard and understood and cared for by medical professionals.
