Viktoria shares her experience with Oshi Health.

What tips or strategies have you learned while working with Oshi that are helping you live a better life today?

I learned about taking food enzymes and how they can help me digest my food. I learned about what FODMAP foods are and how they can trigger my condition, which I didn’t know anything about, even from the prior doctor. And I’ve learned, how to manage my condition better. And it’s given me hope.

Before, I just felt hopeless and I just felt like I was gonna feel like this forever. And, you know, I could never go to a pool party again or I could, you know, never live the life that I loved before. I live in Las Vegas and I love water activities. I was at pool parties and paddle boarding, and my stomach condition affected every single aspect of my life down to dating.

I feel that Oshi has helped me get back to that place where I’m actually doing the activities that I love again. And I can’t wait until these problems are completely resolved or almost resolved to the point where I don’t notice it anymore. I’m seeing change and I’m gonna continue seeing my doctor here as well.

I really enjoy the convenience of the virtual visits and the ability of booking things on the app. It’s a really great UI.
