Edwina Clark is a nationally recognized Registered Dietitian, dually credentialed in the US and Australia, and a Certified Specialty Sports Dietitian. 

Edwina is a sought-after nutrition expert and has been quoted in hundreds of articles in top-tier publications such as SELF, Parade, and Women’s Health.

She has over a decade of experience developing recipes and photographing gut-friendly recipes and has worked with brands such as Whirlpool, National Peanut Board, Timeline Nutrition, My Fitness Pal, and more.

As an ulcerative colitis patient herself, Edwina is passionate about the role of diet in GI care and highly knowledgeable about digestive health.
