We take time to get to know you, your symptoms, and your care needs. You’ll first meet with a GI provider, who will review your health history and build your tailored care plan.

Once your care plan is established, you’ll get unlimited visits with your dedicated care team to help you take control of your symptoms, including GI providers, dietitians, behavioral health providers, and more.


We help you get better and stay better with up to 12 months of access to ongoing monitoring and chat messaging.

Unlike traditional doctors’ offices, we don’t bill on a per‑visit basis.

As an in-network provider, Oshi Health GI care will be billed to your insurance up to 5 times for 12 months of unlimited access.

Oshi Health members will incur out-of-pocket costs based upon their health plan coverage for in-network specialist visits. For many plans, members will incur out-of-pocket costs equivalent to specialist visit copays. For most high deductible health plans, members will incur out-of-pocket costs based on their benefit design for specialist visits and progress toward deductible and out-of-pocket maximum. Insurance and billing FAQs

How much does Oshi Health cost? Is it covered by my insurance?

Oshi Health is a covered benefit for UnitedHealthcare members, and can cost as little as $0. Our GI care services will be billed through your insurance, and any copay or deductible will depend on the specifics of your plan. If you have any out-of-pocket costs, Oshi Health can work with you to create a flexible payment plan as needed. And just like other clinical practices, Oshi Health GI care services are HSA eligible.

Am I able to use my HSA or FSA?

Yes, copays, deductibles, and other costs related to visits or external care services are HSA or FSA eligible for most patients. We recommend checking with your FSA/HSA provider for more information and details as to how you can use these funds.

Can I choose to stop participating in the program?

While we’d love to continue to provide you with support, we understand that you may choose to stop participating in the program. To discontinue, please notify a GI Care Coordinator via chat in our mobile app or by email at

How will I be notified about a bill? How can I pay it?

If you have out-of-pocket costs based on your specific plan details, you will receive an email and paper statement to the address on-file when your billing statement(s) is available, which will include information about how to make a payment online or by mail if you prefer.
