What is Oshi Health?

Oshi Health is a virtual digestive clinic that provides comprehensive care to patients who are struggling with gastrointestinal (GI) conditions such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), or other common digestive issues such as diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, or bloating.

What happens after I sign up?

Oshi Health uses a team-based approach to personalize care to each individual’s needs. To do so, we start with an initial visit with the GI Provider where we focus on getting to know you, your health history, and your goals for your healthcare. From there, a personalized care plan is established and other GI-specialized care team members may become involved to support your achievement of your goals. Our priority is ensuring that you are connected to the right care team members with a focus on improving your quality of life and restoring control over your symptoms and digestive health.

How long is the program covered for?

Oshi Health is currently launched with Fujifilm as a pilot program. This includes participation in the full length of the program, at no additional cost to you. Every patient’s needs are different, but the program typically takes about 9 months from start to finish.

Can I choose to stop participating after I sign up?

While we’d love for you to continue to engage in the program, we fully understand that things come up that may prevent your ongoing engagement and/or you may choose to discontinue participation. In this case, you would notify your Oshi Health care coordination team via chat within the Oshi Health mobile app and we will process your request.

What is the minimum required age to join Oshi Health?

Oshi Health is currently only available to members who are 18 and over.

Who is eligible to join Oshi Health as part of the Fujifilm pilot program?

This pilot program is available to all Fujifilm employees and their dependents 18 years or older in the state of Texas enrolled in a Cigna medical plan.

About the Providers

What is a Gastroenterologist?

Their training includes conditions such as colon polyps and cancer, hepatitis, gastroesophageal reflux (heartburn), peptic ulcer disease, colitis, gallbladder and biliary tract disease, nutritional problems, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), and pancreatitis. After medical school, Gastroenterologists complete a three-year residency in Internal Medicine, followed by an additional three-year fellowship (speciality training) in Gastroenterology. Gastroenterology fellowship is a highly competitive and rigorous program in which trainees learn directly from nationally recognized experts in the field. They learn to treat and diagnose a broad range of conditions and receive dedicated training in endoscopic procedures.
